After creating your account / signing in, navigate to the Pushover Dashboard
Copy the User Key & provide it under your Chakra secrets
Ensure your email address is verified, & click Create an Application/API Token
Give your application a name (Chakra), and agree to the terms. Submit the form
Copy the API Token/Key into Chakra
